Grade 6 & 7 Language Streams for new student
At La Citadelle Academy, we believe in creating a learning environment where every student is empowered to reach their highest potential through a holistic, bilingual education. Guided by our philosophy of academic excellence, inclusivity, and personalized support, our dual-language Mathematics stream is tailored to meet the diverse needs of students entering Grades 6 and 7. This program provides a choice of studying Math in either English or French, supporting new students from both English-speaking and French-speaking backgrounds as they transition into our community, while current students continue in their French Math stream.
In Grade 8, the language of instruction for Mathematics shifts to English for all students, preparing them for the advanced, four-credit Math requirements of our Secondary Panel. By combining strong bilingual foundations with focused academic preparation, La Citadelle ensures students excel in Mathematics, cultivating skills that give them a competitive edge as they progress through our rigorous secondary curriculum and beyond.
