La Citadelle’s Summer School offers secondary school credit courses in 2 sessions of 4 weeks over the course of July and August. 

La Citadelle International Academy of Arts & Science is an academically advanced private school located in the heart of North York.  Our high academic standards, comprehensive and dynamic learning environment, small classroom sizes and specialized teachers, provides its students with a engaging learning environment.

Our Summer School course offerings are open to the general public and provide students registered within these courses with the unique opportunity to discover the in-depth learning environment provided to all our school year students. Students enrolled in our Summer School amass the knowledge and skills required of each course so as to prepare them for their post-secondary success in these fields.

La Citadelle Summer School programs are offered in two 4-week summer sessions, one in July and one in August, allowing students to focus on the content of each course.  We provide courses in our 40’000 square-foot facilities equipped with specialized classrooms enabling our teachers and students to utilize all of our school’s resources and spaces so as to enjoy their summer’s academic journey.

Program fees may be paid via cheque, cash, debit, e-transfer, wire visa or MasterCard. Visa and MasterCard payments will be subject to a 2.25% processing fee. All wire transfers must include the student’s full legal name and copy of the transfer receipt must be submitted as payment confirmation. Course fees include a non-refundable $300.00 Administrative & Processing Fee. Administrative & Processing Fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. In the event a parent wishes to withdraw a student from a course, then the parent must provide La Citadelle with the Official School Withdrawal Form available in the main office. All refunds and course changes will be subject to the Administrative & Processing Fee. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the start of the program are eligible for a full refund, less the Administrative & Processing Fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start date of the program will not receive a refund.

For international students registered in any of the above programs, full refunds less the Administrative & Processing Fee, will only be issued with proof of visa denial or a medical emergency supported by an officially translated certification from a legally qualified medical practitioner not related to the student.

Given the circumstances, the number of students will be restricted and enrolment will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, as per Admissions protocol. The school reserves the right to cancel registration in the event of low enrolment or exceptional and/or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs a full refund will be provided. Finally, please note that all of the above considerations are subject to modification due to government regulatory announcements and/or unforeseen circumstances.
